William Reimer

William (Bill) Reimer, was born in Chilliwack BC, the eldest son of immigrant parents George and Lena Reimer. His first love was the violin, gifted by Yarrow violin maker Heinrich Friesen. Along with violin studies he also studied voice. After two years of music studies in Winnipeg, and after several prestigious competitions and auditions he won a Canada Council Grant to pursue voice studies in Detmold, Germany.
