Wildfire, air quality forces cancellation of annual B.C. triathlon

To protect the athletes, volunteers, and everyone involved, the upcoming annual Argus Apple Triathlon in Kelowna has been cancelled.
Local wildfires and fluctuating poor air quality are the reasons for the cancellation. The event was scheduled to take place on Sunday, Aug. 9.
