VIDEO: Hope Search and Rescue join RCMP to create hiking safety message

They paired that message with a video of Const. Gill and Jeremie Parisien of Hope SAR, asking people to stick to the trails they are best suited for.In the video, they are at the trailhead for Serpent’s Back Trail in Hope.“If the
