UPDATE: Road reopened in Chilliwack after serious crash

UPDATE: As of 2:30 p.m. the road had been reopened.
No. 3 Road in Chilliwack has been closed due to a serious two-vehicle collision on Sept. 4.
The crash happened near the 41000 block in the community of Yarrow. Some locals call the area “Fisherman’s Corner.”
Reports state a mini-van was struck and flipped onto its side by a 5-tonne truck. First responders on scene decided to close the road because the truck was blocking both lanes.
