UPDATE, Aug. 6, 8:43 a.m.:Fire crews were called back to the scene of an apartment fire in Chilliwack, just hours after a fire destroyed the building.There were reports of a flare-up at about 8:30 a.m., and when crews arrived they reported black smoke coming from the third floor.
