WorkSafeBC is proposing rule changes that would require employers to limit “psychosocial hazards” in the workplace, revisions that would label many normal parts of a job or jobsite as a potential source of harm.
Industry advocates say this would create an impossible standard, allowing employees to challenge everything from how hard they are asked to work to crew size to the way a boss speaks to them.
