New BC SPCA behaviour centre opens in Cowichan

A new facility designed to give some of B.C.’s most vulnerable animals a second chance opened its doors on Vancouver Island this week.
The BC SPCA officially celebrated the grand opening of its Vancouver Island Animal Behaviour Centre, a specialized facility designed to support animals who need additional time, space and behavioural care before they are ready for adoption.
