Mission youngsters accidentally cause fire, car crash in same day

Young children in Mission accidentally caused a pair of “dangerous situations” last Friday (Sept. 18).
According to Mission RCMP’s weekly “Community Connection” crime recap, a 7-year-old boy started a small fire with a blow torch in the morning and a 4-year-old boy crashed his parents’ Cadillac Escalade in the evening.
Police say no injuries were reported in either incident.
