Mary Ann Waldmann (née Brabant)

Mary Ann passed away peacefully on July 23, 2026, at 96. Born in Winnipeg, she built a life marked by kindness, humour, and devotion to family. A nurse trained at St. Boniface Hospital, she later worked at Shaughnessy Hospital in Vancouver, where she met her husband, Dr. Hans Waldmann. She loved bridge, cooking, reading, music—especially Cole Porter—and cherished her years on Vancouver Island and with the PEO Abbotsford chapter.
