Man critically injured in Maple Ridge shooting Tuesday night

Maple Ridge RCMP found a man with gunshot wounds inside a vehicle in a Maple Ridge residential neighbourhood on Tuesday night, Aug.18.
At approximately 10 p.m., police frontline officers responded to reports of shots being fired in the 11400 block of 236 Street, in the Cottonwood area.
Officers at the scene located a 56-year-old male victim inside a parked Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV outside a residence, suffering from an apparent gun shot wound, reported police. The victim was treated by paramedics
