Lower Mainland real estate agent’s licence suspended, regulator says

The B.C. real estate services regulator has suspended the licence of Vancouver-based real estate agent Rimpy Hothi.
B.C. Financial Services Authority announced the suspension Sept. 4, effective immediately. It also applies to Rimpy Hothi Real Estate Corporation.
As per the “order in urgent circumstances,” she is suspended from all licensed real estate activity. Hothi also cannot work as an unlicensed assistant.
