Langley shooting victim was warned by police: report

Vancouver police declined to confirm or deny a report that a man killed in a Langley shooting had been warned about a threat on his life several months earlier.
In response to a Langley Advance Times query about a published report to that effect, VPD Media Relations officer Darren Wong pointed to a previous Vancouver Police Department statement that declined to comment whether any duty to warn (DTW) notification had been issued to the person in question.
Police agencies issue DTW advisories when
