Deep trouble: Chilliwack RCMP catch impaired driver in excavator

It was probably the largest vehicle that Chilliwack RCMP impounded in recent time.
Police caught an impaired driver operating an excavator on Farmers Way in east Chilliwack recently.
“It’s not often an excavator ends up on our impaired driving list, but on July 30, that’s exactly what happened,” the Upper Fraser Valley RCMP wrote on social media on Aug. 11.
