Construction begins on first phase of Abbotsford housing development

The first phase of a massive housing development on Eagle Mountain in Abbotsford has officially broken ground.
Construction in now underway on Vicarro Skyline on the former Vicarro Ranch property.
Pacific Peak Homes first announced in April 2025 its acquisition of Vicarro Skyline – a 50-home subdivision that is part of the Vicarro development by Diverse Properties.
The entire development will encompass 383 acres and 1,400 units.
