Abbotsford’s Cade Smith named to American League all-star team

Abbotsford’s Cade Smith is a Major League Baseball all-star for the first time in his young career.
The 27-year-old MEI grad was named to the American League team on Saturday (July 4) and will participate in the All-Star Game in Philadelphia on July 14.
He will become the first-ever Abbotsford product to compete at the Midsummer Classic.
