Abbotsford homes selling slower and cheaper

Despite the extremely warm summer temperatures, the local housing market has experienced a massive cooling off in July.
The latest statistics from the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) revealed that Abbotsford home sales declined last month for all property types.
