Abbotsford home sales and prices take dip in September

The temperature isn’t the only thing getting colder, with the Abbotsford housing market also undergoing a cooling effect in September.
The latest report from the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) revealed that after a sales-heavy end to the summer, the Abbotsford housing market sales numbers have now flipped and are once again on the decline.
In September, the biggest change in sales was for townhouses, which fell by 37.2 per cent compared to August.
