32-year-old charged with murder in Surrey roadside shooting

A 32-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in relation to a Surrey roadside shooting that took place on Jan. 13.
Over the past months, the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has been investigating the trail of evidence following the shooting of 46-year-old Baljinder “Binder” Singh Garcha.
