2 wildfires burn in Hemlock Valley area

Two wildfires are burning out of control in the Hemlock Valley area, according to the B.C. Wildfire Service.The Twin Lakes fire measures 6.3 hectares in size west of Hemlock Valley near the Twin Lakes Recreation Site and Statlu Creek. It was discovered on Friday (Aug. 7) evening and has seen minimal overnight growth.
