Vet who challenged Trudeau in London, Ont. denied caregiver allowance

An Ontario veteran who confronted Prime Minister Justin Trudeau during a town hall in London, Ont. about his missing benefits has been turned down of a family caregiver allowance. He says the news left him in tears.
