Yukon RCMP lay territory's 1st ever manslaughter charge over opioid overdose

Jared Skookum, 32, has been charged with manslaughter in the death of a woman from Watson Lake, Yukon, last year. It's the first charge of its kind in the territory, which is experiencing the highest rate of drug poisoning deaths in the country.
