Peter Howell: Bob Dylan film’s fakery renders Rolling Thunder Revue doc deceitful

Film by Dylan explainer/enabler Martin Scorsese is presented as a documentary, but it adds fictional characters, leaving Peter Howell to suspect that Dylan sees the audience as suckers as dupes. Watergate, on the other hand, does some re-creation of scenes but plays it above board.
