As real estate agents in Sydney and Melbourne prepare for another bumper weekend of auctions, many economists are bracing for what the OECD has called, a 'rout' in Australian house prices. We've heard similar warnings from the Australian Treasury. Will we see a dramatic bursting of the real estate bubble? Or is it all speculation?
