University of Tasmania seeks to increase land value before Sandy Bay campus sell-off

The University of Tasmania wants some of its prime Sandy Bay real estate re-zoned to push up its value before putting it on the market, but the vice-chancellor is assuring the public there will be no wholesale sell-off.
