Phoenix Newitt: 11yo Tasmanian girl shot in face released from Melbourne hospital

Eleven-year-old Tasmanian girl Phoenix Newitt, shot in the face in August as she sat in a car with her family, is back home after surgery in Melbourne to remove bullet fragments from her brain, heart and lungs.
