Kidney specialists call for system overhaul to stop Indigenous patients making fatal choices

The pressures of undergoing long-term dialysis far from home can be so great for some Indigenous patients that they would rather die, experts say, and a new report is calling for major changes to the renal care system to prevent that from happening.
