Abuse complaints protocols not always followed, Phillip Aspinall admits to royal commission

The Brisbane Archbishop Phillip Aspinall has defended the church's handling of sexual abuse complaints, telling the child abuse royal commission today that the Anglican Church has come a long way. Dr Aspinall resumed giving evidence today to the Royal Commission, admitting that protocols to deal with complaints have not always been followed.
