Fascial maneuvers by Human Garage workshop

A guided workshop with a trained coach to experience Human Garage fascial maneuvers. Moving in specifically designed rotational motions to release fascia restrictions we use the breath to settle the nervous system, unwind tension and increase energy in the body.These gentle movements are adaptable and suitable for any body. Children are welcome.
