Nonviral CRISPR Technology Developed for Faster, Cheaper T-Cell Engineering
Researchers at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) have developed what they describe as a fast, simple CRISPR -based method for genetically reprogramming T cell function, without using viral vectors.
