Epigenetic Sequencing Using Enzymatic Detection Method
Investigators at the University of Pennsylvania’s (UPenn) Perelman School of Medicine have provided a novel method for sequencing epigenetic modifications using 1,000-fold less DNA than the current gold standard technique.
