Collision with terrain involving Bell Helicopter 206B (Jet Ranger), VH-PHP, near Maitland, NSW, on 6 October 2022

The helicopter collided with terrain on the bank of the Hunter River. The pilot, the sole occupant, was fatally injured and the aircraft was destroyed.
