Air Tractor crashed while trying to avoid power pole, says ATSB

VH-ODX, an AT‑802A, was conducting spraying operations north of Cummins Town, on South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula, on 8 September last year when it crashed into the ground, fatally injuring the pilot, investigators detailed in their final report.
