Tesla discloses plan to produce EV chargers in China

Tesla, which now sells the Model 3 in China and plans to deliver its Model Y crossovers in 2021, wants to invest 42 million yuan ($6.4 million) in a new factory to make the chargers near its car plant in Shanghai.
