NASA says India's anti-satellite test created dangerous debris field

NASA has criticised nations who conduct tests to destroy satellites, saying they create dangerous debris fields. The Administrator of NASA Jim Bridenstine says India's recent test increased the risk to the International Space Station by 44%.
