Revisited: Grimwade House by McGlashan and Everist

Grimwade House on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula is well-known as a precursor to McGlashan and Everist’s ambitious design for Heide II. But this remarkable residence, designed in 1960–62 by a young David McGlashan for his father-in-law, deserves to be understood on its own terms.
