What do you see as the role of a Principal today, beyond project delivery, particularly as Plus Studio’s Sydney presence continues to grow?The role of a Principal varies depending on the practice and the individual skill sets at play. What drew me to Plus, and what genuinely excites me each day, is the opportunity to spend the greatest proportion of my energy on my core passion – design, and the act of making.While the role naturally encompasses responsibilities such as authoring new
