Country-centred urban design scheme wins 2026 AA Prize for Unbuilt Work

From a shortlist of 24 entries, a scalable approach to city-making based on the minimal demolition of existing building fabric and the reclamation of Country has won the 2026 AA Prize for Unbuilt Work.
