Watchdog alleges outback Optus store preyed on vulnerable customers

The consumer watchdog alleges that the telco giant engaged in unconscionable conduct in its Mount Isa store by creating fraudulent contracts for 42 vulnerable customers and racking up $150,000 of debt.
