Telstra to 'pause billing', install mobile cells to help Wilcannia connect in outbreak

Telstra, the monopoly telco in Wilcannia, commits to pausing billing and installing a new small cell to improve phone and internet to help residents of the town stay connected in during their COVID outbreak.
