Sydney developer agrees to be liable for 'defects' in Skyview apartments for 20 years

Sydney developer Toplace agrees to be liable for any structural defects in its new Skyview towers complex in Castle Hill for 20 years, in a deal described by the NSW Building Commissioner David Chandler says will provide "ongoing protection for owners".
