'Sorry, there's a problem with the internet': ACCC takes telcos to court over NBN speed claims

Hundreds of thousands of Australians didn't get the internet speeds they were promised after signing up for fixed-line NBN connections. There are calls for consumer protections to be ramped up, even as the ACCC takes three telcos to court to enforce those that exist.
