RBA governor warns of global economic uncertainty, ASX falls

The Reserve Bank governor says the pace of interest rate rises may be reduced if the Australian economy pulls back, the ASX and Wall Street stumble again on worries about steep interest rate rises next week by the Federal Reserve.
