Qantas loses appeal in outsourcing case, with compensation penalties awaiting

Qantas has lost its appeal against a Federal Court decision that found the outsourcing of about 2,000 ground crew workers was illegal, and now awits to hear how much in compensation it needs to pay workers, and pay in penalties.
