Pilots 'encouraged to assess weather in flight', report finds

The Australian Transport Safety Bureau's final report into the 2018 light plane crash that claimed the life of pilot Nikita Walker found she probably experienced reduced visibility during a flight to collect passengers from Bathurst Harbour in Tasmania's south-west wilderness.
