Judge 'not satisfied' key witness should be compelled to give evidence in Ben Roberts-Smith trial

Lawyers for Nine newspapers say the evidence of a key soldier could have been a path to victory in their defamation case brought by the Victoria Cross recipient, but a judge has decided he does not have to testify.
