International arrivals to Victoria, NSW will no longer need to isolate for 72 hours

From Tuesday, New South Wales and Victoria have the same COVID-19 requirements for overseas visitors, with fully vaccinated arrivals required to get a test within 24 hours and isolate until a negative result.
