Elon Musk gets Twitter board seat, ASX in the red

Billionaire Elon Musk is to join the board of Twitter after buying a 9.2 per cent stake in the company and, meanwhile, Australian and US stocks were sold off on fears of rapid interest rate rises by the Federal Reserve.
