Elderly woman left 'frightened', senator 'irresponsible' over Telstra outage

An SA woman says her elderly mother was left "frightened" during the Telstra outage after a fall. Meanwhile, SA police have said they have no record of any deaths during the network failure, despite a senator's claims.
