Developer proposes turning Boag's Brewery site into hotel, offices and public space

The Tasmanian government wants to buy Launceston's Boag's Brewery site and says it has "in-principle" support from the Japanese parent company to explore the idea. A developer says the site could be redeveloped into a mix of commercial properties, a boutique hotel, large public open spaces, offices and car parking.
