Court rules Qantas acted illegally when it outsourced ground crew during the pandemic

Qantas loses its appeal against a Federal Court decision that found the outsourcing of about 2,000 ground crew workers was illegal, and now waits to hear how much in compensation it needs to pay workers, and pay in penalties.
